Below are some tools and resources I've found helpful for getting my swim ~ bike ~ run on:

U.S. Masters Swimming - This is a great way to get faster and improve your technique. Plus, swimming with a group of people is always more fun that swimming alone!

Strava - The easiest and cheapest way to get faster at biking and running, period. Plus, your workouts don't count unless you log them on Strava. :)
